Return Conditions

The trial period for our products is 14 days. After receiving your package, if you're not satisfied, you can apply for a return at any time within these 14 days. However, it's necessary to ensure that the product hasn't been damaged, is in a brand-new condition, and its resale value is not affected.

Refund Policy

Before proceeding with your return, please get in touch with us via email to receive the return address and contact person information. Please note that the return address is not our company address, TID does not keep any stock in the office. So do not send your package directly to our office. We regret to inform you that for returns not due to damaged items, incorrect items, or quality issues, TID WATCHES cannot cover the shipping and customs costs for the returned package. These charges will need to be borne by the buyer. Upon receipt and scrutiny of the returned package, we will promptly issue a refund if it passes inspection. This process is typically completed within 3 business days after we receive the returned package.
Considering a switch to a different product? I understand that you may want to exchange an item, but regretfully, we're not able to offer exchanges at this time. However, if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you're welcome to return the items that didn't meet your expectations and place a new order for the products you'd prefer. It's important to us that you're happy with your purchases!
