We encourage you to review your delivery to ensure that it matches your order. If there's any discrepancy or if you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to contact TID Watches. We're here to help.
The trial period for our products is 14 days. After receiving your package, if you're not satisfied, you can apply for a return at any time within these 14 days. However, it's necessary to ensure that the product hasn't been damaged, is in a brand-new condition, and its resale value is not affected.
Before proceeding with your return, please get in touch with us via email to receive the return address and contact person information. Please note that the return address is not our company address, TID does not keep any stock in the office. So do not send your package directly to our office. We regret to inform you that for returns not due to damaged items, incorrect items, or quality issues, TID WATCHES cannot cover the shipping and customs costs for the returned package. These charges will need to be borne by the buyer.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 - 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All return costs caused by such reasons will be borne by us.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
