Our warehouses include locations in Hamburg, Germany in Europe, as well as Xiamen and Hong Kong in Asia. We select the most suitable warehouse based on stock conditions. Therefore, please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. We will ship your order within 1-3 business days of receiving it. We will make every effort to handle your order as quickly as possible.

14 days of easy returns!

You can apply for a return within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided that the goods are not damaged and do not affect secondary sales. We will refund your payment within 3 business days of receiving the returned package. The buyer will need to bear any shipping costs and duties incurred during the return process.

Note: Our European office address is not a warehouse address. TID does not keep any stock in the office. Please contact us to get the return address before sending back the goods.
